My name is Anna and I have created a new form of exercise with free weights.
The purpose of such a workout was to squeeze out the maximum effort in a short amount of time. Exercises include a combination of sets with a free weights performed at a rapid pace , avoiding breaks.
A channel targeted to busy women who want to get a satisfactory result in the short term, recommended for women after pregnancy who want to tighten their skin by focusing on selected parts of the body.
I am mother of two boys. I know how hard it is to get back to the form after childbirth, and how tough it is to find five minutes for yourself.
Sport is just a tool that will help you to disciplined yourself. Every day you will be motivated to get up from bed. Will teach You patience and tedious work. There is no magic diet or any unusual exercise program that will do the job in five minutes. You don’t have to carry a strict diet and count calories to achieve your goal. Before I started my channel, I have undergone many diets and fitness program. Testing almost all the ways without better effects. I decided to study Nutrition and Health in England in order to take more advantage of recommended meal plan. I was disappointed by what we were learned. None of the proposed positions did not gave enough energy or health. Almost vegetarian diet, fruit and light products were recommended. It was confusing with what I knew so far.
I began to study the anatomy myself. After four years of careful research, talking with dieticians and a medical team, I developed my own diet plan deviating from those commonly known. Connecting the diet with my own training plan, I started individual, successful workouts with my clients .
All the articles on the JanaFit website will be taken from books, including Human Anatomy, as well as individual interviews with fat precursors and research sources. All of them can be found in Nina Teichol’s book “The big fat surprise” or Dr.Joe Colella, Dr.Coldwell, Paul Nison books and many others.
